How a Pins And Pins Coupling Works?

Pin and Pin couplings are used to transfer motion from one shaft to another by using pins attached to flat disk as shown in the animation. The is eccentricity in shaft alignment and this eccentricity is equal to radius of driver pin plus the radius of driven pin. As you can see from animation, green pins transfer motion to orange pins on downward movement.
