The Green's Theorem and Its Applications.

Greens's Theorem

Recently maps.live.com introduced area calculation in their maps. Now you can calculate how many square feet your land is, or how many square miles your state is by using this map. We explained the principle behind Green's Theorem Demo page. Here we have a demo page where you can find how many square miles each state is. It is easier to calculate the areas of the state like Colorado or Wyoming since they have straight borders. Go ahead and find your state square mileages. For test use Colorado (104,100 sqr miles) and Wyoming (97818 sqr miles). Just drag the red ball to a corner and doing counterclockwise rotation put black dots to the other corners, put final black dot on red dot. To test another state, just refresh the page.
